By using AppLoads ("the platform") at www.apploads.online, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About AppLoads

AppLoads is a freight load board platform connecting transporters, freight owners, brokers and service providers across the SADC region. We provide tools to post loads, find loads, list vehicles and equipment, and communicate with other users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AppLoads. By using the platform you confirm you are legally able to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when registering and posting
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent loads or listings
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Post content that is illegal, offensive or violates third party rights
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Attempt to circumvent platform security or access controls
• Use the platform for purposes other than legitimate freight and logistics activity

5. Load Posts and Listings

• Load posts expire automatically after 7 days
• Marketplace listings expire automatically after 30 days
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you post
• AppLoads does not verify the accuracy of user-posted content
• AppLoads is not a party to any transaction between users

6. Ratings and Reviews

Users may rate loads and load owners. Ratings must be honest and based on genuine experience. AppLoads reserves the right to remove ratings that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The AppLoads platform, including its design, software, and content created by AppLoads, is owned by Kalahari Digital Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AppLoads is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-posted content, the availability of loads, or the reliability of other users. Use the platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

AppLoads and Kalahari Digital Technologies are not liable for any disputes, losses or damages arising from transactions between users, inaccurate listings, or platform downtime.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Account → Delete Account.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
