AppLoads ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the AppLoads platform at www.apploads.online.

• Account information — name, email address, phone number when you register
• Load and listing data — details you enter when posting loads or marketplace listings
• Usage data — pages visited, searches performed, features used
• Device information — browser type, operating system, IP address
• Communications — messages sent between users on the platform

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the AppLoads platform
• To match loads with transporters and buyers with sellers
• To send notifications and alerts you have requested
• To improve Afi, our AI assistant, using anonymized and aggregated data only
• To ensure platform safety and prevent fraud
• To comply with legal obligations

3. AI Training (Afi)

With your consent, anonymized and aggregated usage patterns may be used to improve Afi, our AI logistics assistant. Your personal information, messages, and private data are never used for AI training. You can opt out at any time under Account → Data Privacy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with third parties except:

• Service providers who help operate our platform (e.g. Firebase, Google Cloud) under strict data processing agreements
• When required by law or legal process
• To protect the rights and safety of AppLoads users

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Messages between users are end-to-end encrypted. We use Firebase security rules to restrict data access.

6. Your Rights

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Correction — update incorrect information in your profile
• Deletion — delete your account and all associated data at any time via Account → Delete Account
• Opt-out — withdraw AI training consent at any time

We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Load posts expire after 7 days. Marketplace listings expire after 30 days. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed.

8. Cookies

AppLoads uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

AppLoads is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
